  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any shortages, damages, or non-delivery.
  • For other returns: We may accept unopened and unused products in their original, re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
  • We reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs and any additional fees from your refund.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • We offer fast dispatch! Orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday before 3 pm.
